Refund policy
At Ridge & Soul, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the steps you can take.
- Returns Window: You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Process: To start a return, email info@ridgeandsoul.co.za with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process.
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product, we cover the return costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
