1. Domestic Shipping (Within South Africa)

    • Regional areas: Approximately 4–5 business days (economy delivery).
  • Shipping Rates:
    • Orders over R500: Free standard shipping
    • Orders under R500: Flat rate of R99
  • If no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be held at a nearby depot for collection.

2. International Shipping (Outside South Africa)

  • Availability: We ship internationally to most destinations.
  • Delivery Timeframes: Typically 5–14 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination.
  • Customs & Duties: All international shipments may incur customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by your country. These are payable by the recipient.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and parcel size.
  • Returns: If shipments are returned due to refusal of duties or incorrect address info, standard return fees apply. Shipping & duties are non-refundable.
